Fees

It is customary in the pet sitting industry for all service payments to be made prior to service commencement.

Pre Assignment Meeting

Includes service requirement confirmation, contract paperwork, key pick up and a quick play or first walk with your dog and/or a kitty play session with your cat to establish a bond. This will relax them for the next time we meet.

     WE DO NOT CHARGE PER ADDITIONAL DOG

    We only charge for the actual time required to complete the visit. If 2 dogs
    can be walked and fed in 30 minutes, then this is the amount of time that you
    will pay for. If your dogs require 45 or 60 minutes then this will be determined
    at the Pre-Assignment Meeting with provisions for adjustment after the initial
    walk.

    All pets must be owned by the same family and live in the same household (some exceptions can be made - please call for details)

MULTI-WALK / MULTI -SIT SPECIAL OFFER!

3 pet walks / sits per day are the most requested booking for dogs. As a courtesy, we offer:

$45.00  per day ( 3 x 30 minute sit service )
$55.00 per day ( 4 x 30 minute sit service )

These extra walks / sits enable your pet(s) to get an extra potty break and stretch their legs at a specially discounted rate.

3rd & 4th walks / sits are for the full 30 minutes.

Overnights

Please Note: All overnight pet sitting services typically begin at 8pm,
however, first day start time adjustments can be made if scheduling allows. We can start as early as 10am on the first day, but please note that we do not start overnight assignments before 10am on the first day (no exceptions).
12 hours in your own home + 1 day visit       $75.00

   This option is for cats only, as we believe that no dog can go 12 hours
   comfortably between bathroom and exercise breaks.

   Arrive approximately 8pm, leave next day approximately 8am. If an
   earlier arrival time is required on the first day,  then we will try to
accommodate you around our regular work schedule.

  1 additional extended visit of 45 minutes is provided during the day to
provide a comfort break and exercise for your pet/s (included in the price
  shown).

  Your pets will be attended for 12.75 hours in total, (between approximately 8pm and
  8am the next day + 1 inclusive comfort/walk/play/exercise break of 45 minutes.)
12 hours in your own home + 2 day visits    $85.00

   Arrive approximately 8pm, leave next day approximately 8am. If an
earlier arrival time is required on the first day,  then we will try to
   accommodate you around our regular work schedule.

  2 additional extended visits of 45 minutes per visit are provided during
the day to provide comfort breaks and exercise for your pet/s (included
in the price shown).

   Your pets will be attended for 13.5 hours in total, (between approximately 8pm and
   8am the next day + 2 inclusive comfort/walk/play/exercise breaks of 45 minutes per
   visit.)

12 hours in your own home + 3 day visits   $100.00

   Arrive approximately 8pm, leave next day approximately 8am. If an
earlier arrival time is required on the first day,  then we will try to
   accommodate you around our regular work schedule.

   3 additional extended visits of 45 minutes per visit are provided during
   the day to provide comfort breaks and exercise for your pet/s (included
   in the price shown).

   Your pets will be attended for 14.25 hours in total, (between approximately 8pm and
   8am the next day + 3 inclusive comfort/walk/play/exercise breaks of 45 minutes per
   visit.)

   We do not provide a 24 hour care service. If you require total 24 hour
   care for your pet, we would be happy to refer you to an established first

There is no set geographical distance for this service, however as a rough guide we cover the whole of Florida and parts of Georgia.

         FREE KEY PICKUP & RETURN POLICY

* Please have at least ONE SPARE KEY ready for your pet sitter to take away.

* We provide COMPLIMENTARY KEY PICKUP & RETURN for all customers within a 10
mile radius. Occassional service users may feel more comfortable having their keys
returned after service completion and that is fine by us. We will pick up & return your
keys FREE OF CHARGE. Key return will be arranged for a mutually convenient time
  within one week of your return to home.

* Long term regular service usage customers are respectfully requested to provide a key
which we can keep in our SECURE SAFE. This will enable us to STREAMLINE future
service requests for you and allow us to provide INSTANT SERVICE if you should
suddenly find yourself away from home for any period of time.
